Many people have asked me how I achieved my success. It is my desire that anyone who truly wants to lose weight can do so. I hope that my story inspires and encourages you. The most important part of losing weight is to know the reason WHY you want to lose weight. What is your goal and how badly do you want it? I had yo-yo dieted all of my life. It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, that I knew I had to make the changes that I needed to make.
I had a HUGE REASON to change my life. It was more about my mindset and making changes in my lifestyle than being on a “diet”. I watched my beautiful Dad, who didn’t make the lifestyle changes that he should of, suffer from many health issues related to diabetes and eventually die from this horrible, but controllable disease. I don’t want to see anyone wish that they had made the changes they needed too when it’s too late. This is why I work with people, to change their mindsets and lifestyles so that they no longer are unhappy, depressed and unhealthy. Diet and exercise are important, but it is the mindset, that pulls it all together and produces the results that you desire.
I believe that everyone has different needs, goals and reasons when it comes to losing weight, that’s why I offer different programs and methods of coaching so that I can make getting healthy easy and affordable for everyone,
I use a combination of coaching, weight management consulting including advice, NLP & Hypnosis.
I offer a few different types of programs, each with different methods of delivery, but all with the same results…….that is reaching YOUR weight and health goals.
